About Gavin
Gavin originally comes from Belfast in Northern Ireland, where he grew up and was educated before the emergence of an early career in Real Estate. Since then Real Estate has been a passion, not just a career, where Gavin continues to focus on learning and engaging in dialogue about matters that inform the future of this incredible industry. Spanning a career of over 25 years so far since leaving University, the industry has taken Gavin across three continents and some of the worlds most exciting markets. Performing regional and global roles, based in Belfast, Hong Kong, New York and London Gavin has perspectives from all parts of the industry and multiple different geographies, and an impressive global network. Gavin sits on a number of Boards within the industry and business.
Outside of Real Estate, Gavin is a devoted husband to Alina and father to Guy, Ethan and Levi. In addition to his family, interests include Sports - particularly his first love Basketball, Yoga, Hikiing, Cycllng, Cars and Watches. He is an avid reader, networker and student of wellness and wellbeing.
The absolute need for Sustainability in the Real Estate industry and the rapid emergence of technology, and recent attitude changes toward this, prompted Gavin’s interest in Podcasting . Gavins goal is to elevate industry related conversation and opinion on how professionals and technology can positively influence the future of the built environment.
